Our Quoting Procedure
Dream Themes has a unique quoting procedure that allows you to create, review , & choose. You as the customer have time to think and purchase within your personal budget. Our couples have enjoyed going over the prices in private without any pressure.
Meet with a designer
Contact Dream Themes at 715-340-5460 or on this website. Even on our Facebook page- message us. We set up a meeting with a designer to hear your vision for your event. Details you would like quoted & created. Your specific theme, colors, & unique tastes. A Meeting at your venue is beneficial to collect details for setting up and placement of your vision.
Detailed Quote Prepared
Designer then begins preparing you a detailed estimate of supplies needed, prices, and fees in a packet to return to you. Dream Themes will need to know what your venue allows, any special instructions for your decorator.
Review
Your quote will be mailed or picked up for you to take home. Now you can review and evaluate according to your budget what items in the quote you would like to complete your vision.
Final Decision
Consider your time frame available prior to your event and contact Dream Themes to meet once more to inform the designer of your decisions. Remember this is your day, you decide and we will create!
Contract signing & Down payment
When you have arrived at your final decision , the next step is a down payment and contract to sign locking in your date. Down payments are typically 50% down at contract signing. However if time allows special payment agreements are acceptable.
Agree on payment plan
Dream Themes can divide your total bill within the months you have available before your date, providing the final payment is made one week prior to your event. This becomes more budget friendly.
Table Accessories
See Our "I do" Reuse inventory of available items Dream Themes may have available to rent for money saving ideas. In the event our inventory does not have the items you desire, Dream Themes will purchase items desired and include them in your quote. In the event Dream Themes would desire to add the purchased items in our inventory at a mutually agreed upon price.
Overlays or Table Runners
10 items @ $100.00
Dream Themes has a seamstress available to handcraft your table overlays. Typical fabric widths, quantities and fabric chosen will be a factor in the total quote. Price shown is labor charges to make your overlays or runners.
Candle Holders
Will be purchased at your request and estimated in your quote.
Chair Covers & Special Sashes
Will be purchased at your request and estimated in your quote. Special Chair sashes or decorations can be handcrafted to fit your decor.
Table Linens
Will be purchased at your request and estimated in your quote
Vases
$10.00 per handmade item
Vases or containers can either be purchased or handmade for your event. Supplies required will be estimated in your quote.

Need an elegant drapery backdrop created for your head table or event? Prices shown are an estimate with fabric included. Estimate subject to change with choice of fabric desired.Not limited to sizes below. Sizes listed below are examples of typical backdrops.
